Todd was born and raised in Lunenburg, Canada - a small fishing village with ties to the shipping industry, securing his love for all things nautical from an early age. He was determined to succeed both in the classroom and on the sports field. He was fully involved in athletics throughout school. His ultimate sport to watch and play was basketball with Michael Jordan securing a strong hold in his heart as his idol growing up.
Although heavily athletic-focused Todd did not let his love of sport interfere with his academic determination. He obtained a business degree at St Francis Xavier University. He was then bitten by the travel bug and developed a serious case of wanderlust which led him back to the sea. Starting off in the cruise ship industry, he had the pleasure of working on some of the largest cruise ships at the time.
In 2006, he moved over to the glamorous and idealistic world of yachts. His experience has extended over some of the most reputable charter yachts in the industry, namely HUNTRESS, APOGEE, PEGASUS and SOLEMAR. Todd’s charismatic, fun-filled, people-loving nature together with his experience and professionalism is a great asset. He is a great leader who prides himself on offering you the best experience on board, with his fun-loving and energetic crew. Todd brings with him over 200 weeks of chartering. He was recently recognized as captain of the best charter yacht crew 2018. Together with his team, he wishes to make your time onboard Motor Yacht Mischief a memorable one.
