Honestly, this has been the best vacation experience of our lives, and you all got most of the credit. We knew all along how amazing it would be to be aboard Mischief, but we had no idea how wonderful it would be to spend the week with you. From the incredible packing skills to the fun water sports, to the gorgeous meals + drinks to your welcoming smiles (with cool towels!), you all will never be forgotten. Captain Will Robinson is passionate about yachting, hardly surprising considering he was brought up sailing around the waters of the UK and hails from Lymington on the South coast of England. Will moved to the super yachts industry 15 years ago after completing a degree in Maritime Management at Southampton University. Over this time, Will has progressed quickly encompassing his already sound maritime knowledge, with many new experiences and training along the way.
Will runs a dynamic, sharp, team-oriented crew, he has a high emphasis on training and education to encourage progression with in the team. In the last 15 years, he has worked on both sailing yachts and motor yachts. Will has an extensive charter background, his previous yachts include Lady Ann Magee, SY MITseaAH, SY Mirabella V, MY IDOL, MY Galileo G and MY Koi. Over the last 15 years, Will has cruised extensively in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, and has spent a few seasons cruising the Pacific, east and west coasts of the United States and Canada. During his time on Koi, Will was awarded Blue Waters Charter Captain of the year in 2014.
A genuine all-rounder, he will go beyond the call of duty to provide a spectacular experience aboard Mischief. So sit back, relax and enjoy your time on board
Ben’s passion for the sea began at an early age while working in shipyards in Scotland. Growing up in Glasgow with the history of ship building he has always been attracted to the sea. Ben began his career as a windsurfing and sailing instructor in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Turning to yachting always felt like a natural progression for Ben. He has been in the industry for twelve years working my way up from deckhand. In his time, Ben has worked on a wide range of motor yachts and has gained extensive experience in this sector of the industry.
When not at sea he spends his time at home in Mallorca with his wife and young daughter. Ben loves sport and living a healthy active lifestyle but his true passion outside yachting is golf. When not on the golf course Ben likes to exercise and keep fit and also enjoys cooking, reading, music and film.
Tom joined yachting in 2013 after working in real estate in Brighton. He grew up in Oxfordshire, UK, which is where he still technically calls home when he isn’t in the Mediterranean on Mischief. He enjoys skiing, squash, and generally keeping active and fit.
Fraser grew up in small town in New Zealand next to the coast, where he spent most of his time sailing and fishing. Fraser spent a few years travelling, before he got into yachting, where he learnt to be a sail instructor. Since being in the super yacht industry he has completed 2 Atlantic crossings and worked in both the Med and Caribbean. He also has his yacht masters, and as a waterman, is multi skilled and will be able to assist with all the watersports needs of the guests.
He has worked on a number of prestigious yachts over his career so and is keen to look after all the guests while they enjoy Mischief's fine selection of water toys.
Luke entered the yachting industry during 2017 in Palma, after walking the docks and plenty of 'networking' in the pubs he landed himself day work. Since then he has worked flat out between a couple of temporary jobs which lead him onto Mischief. From a very young age of playing rugby and cricket he has always thrived whilst in a team environment which is why he loved joining the professional, fast paced crew of Mischief.
Luke is an adrenaline junky which is fueled from years of skiing and two winter seasons. Therefore, he enjoys working with the water sports toys and loves helping the guests with them. During his yachting career Luke has met many great people and he wishes to carry on travelling and making memories whilst on board Mischief.
Jonathan is from Cape Town South-Africa and has been working on yachts for the past 9 years in various parts of the world.
In his spare time he enjoys triathlons and cycling. Jonathan also has a passion for motor sport. Jonathan is a responsible crew member and has a very pleasant character which is why both fellow crew and guests enjoys having Jono around.
Whether you are wanting to go explore the shores or go on a boozy sundowner cruise, Jono will be happy to take you there.
Carli was born and raised in South Africa in a small town outside of Cape Town. She joins Mischief following nearly 8 years’ tenure on high profile and very busy charter yachts and prior to that managed a 4-star Lodge in South-Africa.
Having spent years honing her skills and expertise in the Luxury Yacht industry on charter and private yachts, Carli gained a wealth of experience while sailing the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas.
Very quickly Carli climbed through the ranks to become Chief Stewardess and since then has accomplished many great achievements within the luxury yachting industry.
One of which - with Carli as Chief Stewardess, the motor yacht Diamond A won the title for best charter crew for all charter vessels larger than 50-meters at the Monaco Yacht Show Annual Awards. With hundreds of yachts in the category, this is a truly significant achievement and this is just one of the few goals that Carli has set for herself in the Superyacht industry.
Throughout her career, Carli has been involved in the building of new yachts, yacht shows and even completed a few trans-Atlantic crossings. During this time, Carli has had great success in training new crews within the industry. She is well known for her ability to manage, unite and drive individuals into a single team, one that set them apart from the rest.
You will never find yourself waiting for anything when Carli is around!
When she’s not on, in or under the water (Carli represented South Africa in underwater hockey and at their last International World Championship won the Gold medal), you’ll find Carli with her nose in a good book or doing something else to keep herself fit!
Riejanneke (Rihanna) is from The Netherlands. She started working seasonally on several yachts whilst working on her Masters’ degree in Communication Science. She transitioned full time into yachting in 2016 and has excelled in her yachting career since then. She started as a stewardess on the prestigious yacht Queen K and quickly progressed to 2nd stewardess within an Interior team of 7. She loves interacting with guests and you will always see a smile on her face.
She has a passion for field hockey, snowboarding, traveling and fine dining.
Caroline is from Durban, South-Africa. She started her yachting career early 2016 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Interior Architecture. Since then she has gained experience working in the various sub departments of the interior expanding her knowledge and has been responsible for the training of other interior crewmembers. She has an extensive background in Wine Knowledge and enjoys feeding her creative side by setting impressive table settings, assisting in planning themed dinner parties and creating beautiful flower arrangements. When Caroline is not working she enjoys playing tennis, kitesurfing and wildlife conservation.
Teodora is from Oradea in Romania. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Assistance and a Master's Degree in Human Resources.
She has just completed her first 2 years in yachting. The adventure started in 2016 when she moved to Monaco. She did some day work on Yachts and immediately knew that this is what she wanted to do. Working on Mischief she has discovered the beauty of what the industry can give, such as the satisfaction of having happy guests step off after their trip onboard and of course seeing beautiful places. She has an incredible work ethic and has trained stewardesses in Laundry and Housekeeping. She is a friendly, adaptive person, ready to help out, well organized and has and excellent eye for detail.
When not working, her hobbies are hiking, bike riding, cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Chris has been a chef for the last 15 years. After Finishing University in Brighton, he took up a career as a chef. His first few years were spent under the watchful eye of two highly awarded Michelin starred chefs where he was trained in the classics. Since then he has worked in a range of fine dining restaurants and highly awarded gastro pubs in the Brighton areas. Over the years, he worked his way round the kitchen in order to balance his skills and ensure that he is refined in all areas.
Since 2008, he has worked for the Gingerman Company bringing their two restaurants and two gastro pubs up to Michelin star and double Rosette awarded standards. The Gingerman is highly acclaimed and is well known in the UK restaurant scene as the top place to eat in Brighton. His plates have a modern classy style to them, which are super charged with flavors. Using the Freshest local ingredients, Chris’s blends of food and flavors allow the natural goodness of foods to be savored.

In his spare time Chris enjoys Classic Cars and Motorbikes, Snowboarding and Skiing, Traveling, Food and Wine. He also has a keen interest in Surfing, Fishing and all Ocean Activities.
Hannah is from Henley on Thames in England. Her love of cooking, hospitality and travelling took her to the mountains where she began her cooking career running a chalet. This lead her to completing four ski seasons in the alps and Austria and then on to various private chef roles in villas and homes around the Mediterranean and finally in to yachting! In her free time, she loves being outdoors, whether it is skiing, running, hiking and just general exploring. She loves to create food that has inspired her from her travels and people that she has worked with along the way and enjoy making people happy by doing so.
Kieran has been an Engineer in yachting for the last 17 years, cruising the seas from Alaska to Antarctica, he found his home berth to be Mallorca where he settled and is now a proud father of 2 girls to his Mexican wife. (Also met on his travels)
Kieran enjoys many outdoor pursuits recently competing in a local Spartan race at 40 years old. He also enjoys swimming, skiing, mountain trekking and wants to discover the Himalayas.
Another passion of his is cooking, he loves sampling food from around the world in the many locations he has visited. He has a work hard play hard attitude and loves a good night out too.
Prior to yachting Stuart worked as a mechanical fitter and contractor around South Africa installing telephone poles and fiber optic cables. He arrived clean shaven and keen to start his yachting career in Palma de Mallorca, Spring 2004. He found his first job exploring the fjords of Sweden and Norway on a little 12meter sailing boat, slowly he progressed with his career to sailing through the North-West Passage in summer of 2012 and crossed the Pacific to Tahiti the following summer. He spent 3 years on his last Super Yacht doing back to back Caribbean/ Mediterranean seasons. Stuart lives in Mallorca and his off time is spent with his Wife and Baby.
